This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our Website, use our Platform, or otherwise interact with us.
1.2 When our customers (“Customers”) use the Platform, we process vehicle and operational data on their behalf. 3.2 We process Customer Data on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of our Customers to provide, maintain, support, and secure the Platform. Where permitted by the Customer’s agreement, we may create and use de-identified and aggregated data that does not identify a Customer or any individual for analytics and product improvement.

Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection through contractual and organizational safeguards.
6. Data Retention and Security
6.1 Contact information is retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations.
6.2 Customer Data is retained in accordance with the Customer’s subscription agreement and our retention practices. Following termination or expiration, we may delete Customer Data from active systems in accordance with the applicable Customer agreement. We may retain residual copies in backups for a limited period as part of routine backup and disaster recovery processes.
6.3 We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you and applicable authorities of a data breach in accordance with applicable law.
